I just confirmed a very spontaneous Bangkok holiday with the cousin-in-law from HK. She came over sg for a short holiday, and just over dinner we concluded ‘I also wanna go BKK!’ and we will be heading next month. She will be flying to BKK from HK and I will meet her there straight at our hotel, only cos I’m taking Airasia and it’s arriving at Don Muang Airport, which I have never been before! And I haven’t taken a flight alone in awhile, but I’m sure I’ll be fine. :)

I have planned so many trips suddenly and thus I have concluded all the holidays for this year (I suppose)! I shall wait till 2014 before I decide on going anywhere. hah.

Aug - Seoul
Sep - Tioman (Scuba Diving)
Oct - Cambodia

How happening is this!! So my friends think I’m a little crazy so I kept telling my friends, ‘No la, I’m just travelling as much as I can before I plan to start a have a baby!’

I’m totally not ready now, cos I haven’t travelled the world! haha. Give me a little more time, settle the house first enjoy a bit of couple time and yeah we should be ready then. :)

Took a hiatus from this space for quite awhile.

First half of the year briskly passed by in a blink of the eye.

I don’t even remember doing anything significant but just travelled, and the rest of the time just relaxing. I stopped work for a bit in end Jan and took a break for 3mths. Went travelling with the hubbs for our honeymoon for almost a month to all the favourite cities in the world. London, Toronto (not so happening) and New York City! Then spend the other 2 months just accompanying the babies Fluffy and Ginger at home, heading for my massages, occasional facial and nail appointments. Totally living the ‘tai tai’ life! haha.

But to be honest towards the end of my 3rd mth I was very sure I need to quickly find a job cos I was getting really bored at work, 90% of my friends are all busy at work, while I was just too free. hah.

So I stepped into a new job, everything is better than I expected, including the pay and whatsoever. And I hope to stay here for quite a bit. :)

Then the next most exciting thing happening in our lives is that our new home is coming soon! And we are already starting to work out things for our new place. Thanks to the hubb’s circle we have quite a number of awesome lobangs. We have been visiting a lot of furniture shop met a few ID etc. Super cannot wait for it to happen! I so cannot wait to have my own walk-in-wardrobe. haha! My clothes are still at my parents place, only cause my hubb’s pl has no space for them. I only have 1 pathethic shelve and drawer at hubb’s..

No buying new luxury bags
Save more money -I would say half fulfilled, only cos my dad gave me a super huge angbao for wedding. :))
Go on lesser holidays. Max 3!! But I have alr planned 2.. :x

Sadly, I only fulfilled 3/ 3.5 out of 10 in my list.

The hubbs and I finally learned golf and we even have our very own golf set even, but for the past 2 months we were too busy with our wedding, we neglected it. oops!

To close off 2012, it have been pretty good, we had the most beautiful wedding I could ask for. I spent most of the time preparing for this special day of ours. Appreciate that my job gives me the most flexible timings ever. And I also have my free time to do my own plannings. It’s near my place, just 15mins by train and 5 mins by car and I have awesome colleagues! Well, but I do hope for a change this year, we shall see.

We have stepped into the next stage of life together. Although, it still feels pretty much the same, as we have been living together for a bit. But I guess when our new home is ready, it will be very much awesome!

Oh, and I forgot that we welcomed Ginger baby in 2012. She is sucha sweet pie. And everyone loves her cos she is so well behaved around people. Fluffy gets a little overly excited.. But she is always daddy, mummy’s darling baby.

In 2013,

PADI License (this is the 3rd yr it’s in my resolution lists, it’s not that hard but I have no ALs for it!)

We have been married for almost 2 weeks!

The wedding was a success, we enjoyed every bits of it. Everything went on so well, the deco, food, and down to every detail was amazing. :)

Of course thankfully for the awesome bridesmaids and groomsmen, we didn’t have to panic at all, they all had everything ironed out for us. I love the wedding day photos by Yiting from One eye click as well! Cannot wait to receive the rest of the bunch!

Now we are looking forward to our Honeymoon in March. London-Toronto-New York! :))

I havent visited this space in a bit. Mainly because I’m very busy with the wedding and probably very stressed out.

On a brighter note, bf dearest got me an iPad mini! Super love!! I’m in love with it totally, the size is crazy awesome. Glad I waited till the best launch! haha. Though I actually don’t really need one, only cause it can do almost the same function as the iPhone does. haha. But anyhow, I do enjoy having new gadgets occasionally! :)

And then my iPhone 5 which is about a mth old? Is kinda failing on me, cos the home button is a little cranky.. arghh. Will get it changed soon… I’m a HUGE iPhone fan I have ALL the iPhones ever since the 2G version which I got it imported from US. That’s how obsessed I am.

10 more days to the BIG day, oh goodness!! I’m having mixed feelings.. I kept thinking there’s still more time, but no only 10 more days! What have I not done, anything I missed out? So very nervous about it.. I just pray everything runs well on that day and I will try to stay as calm as I can, I’m counting on my fave girls on that day! So exciting!! :))

Been so busy lately, I hardly have time to update this little space even.

It’s just less than a month to the BIG DAY! Tell me about how time flies. We have prepared for this day for slightly over a year.. And it’s really happening very soon! Super excited at the same time very nervous. I hope all will turn out well on that very special day. :))

Am really busy, meeting everyone and going for my beauty appointments. I have even made appointments till Dec! That’s how busy I am, my calendar everyday is packed with events after work. Trying to cut down on eating, have been eating WAY TOO MUCH buffets and what not.. Ok, I know I have said this a million times but I just love food too much to resist. So Janice and I are starting our weekly regime, going for night swims on Thu and hitting the gym and swim on Sat. We did that last week, hopefully it will follow through till the big day! Haha.

I’m also starting to make plans for our HONEYMOON! We are planning on London, NYC and Toronto. I think we need 3 weeks for this, since 1/4 of the time is spent travelling.. Will need to seek the bf’s opinion.. So many things we wanna do, so little time! haha. Can’t wait to shop till I drop there! I can totally imagine alr.. We will start the official planning after our wedding ends. The long honeymoon will also means I am left with no more leaves for the year!! And that I cannot travel anymore. Damn upset or what!!

Not so bad, at least I went on 4 trips and probably finish utilising all my ALs, leaving just a few more days which I will save for the wedding.

100 days away from the big day!

Actually the 100 day countdown was ytd. Today marks the 99 days. Can you believe how time flies?!!

I am so excited and at the same time nervous about it. There’re so many things to do!! You cannot imagine.. Haven’t even settled the guest list.. (of course I settled my own friends) But bf, his family and my family have not.. :( The printing of the invites should be ready early next week! And so will our wedding band. I can’t wait to see them!!

We settled for the Cartier Love rings, something we always wanted.. Mine will be the mini love with 1 diamond whereas bf’s is plain both in rose gold. :)))

Yeah more things down from our wedding to do list. Meeting the florist next week again to confirm all our deco. And we can finally file for our notice of marriage next week too. Next week marks exactly 3 months to our Big day.

We are almost there!

And.. something very exciting is happening soon.. I really cannot wait. I hope it materialises asap. :))

I’ve sinned.

Geez. Just as I was self complimenting about not buying any luxury bags this year I got myself another B bag! haha. Okay, not a big buy just a small buy to treat myself. :)

I have also went for my gown fitting! So excited!! I love my wedding gown, super pretty! not so sure about my cheongsam actually.. But well, all looks pretty good, I’m ready for the big day!! :))

Still busy and stressed with our wedding preps. :( But thank goodness I have awesome friends and bridesmaid to input awesome ideas. Gown fitting this weekend with some of the girls and bf! Super excited actually and I really hope I can find something I LOVE!

Sending the invites to print soon, and I can’t wait to see the outcome! :)) I can’t wait to see how our emboss icon looks like. hee. 1 less thing off the list. Kinda settled my well wishes tree as well! At least I finally decided on what to do. Decorated our ‘angbao box’ too! So what’s next? The list is ever so long..

Side-track. Quite proud of myself as I haven’t bought a single luxury bag for myself this year. Apart from the Balenciaga First which bf bought for me for bday. Okay, 4 more months! I just need to hold myself back for another 4 months! And I hope I can refrain till we go for our honeymoon! hee. I already have a list in my mind alr.. OMG!! This is why I actually nv wanted to include Europe in our honeymoon, cos I know I can never control. Looking back at the last Europe trip, I know very well. You won’t wanna know how much I spent.. hah. Yeah, currently our plan is go to NY, Toronto, Orlando and London in prob Feb.. So hopefully all turns out well. :) We will only plan it after our wedding I guess.

I’m starting to feel the stress. 6 months ago I was still shaking my legs and telling everyone, ‘still long la, there’s a lot of time’. And before I know it we are already in the mid of Aug! Gown fitting is just next week even. Our wedding invites are almost done, still awaiting for dear Janice to perform her final touch. After that is complete, one less thing to do. Hee.

But I still have a long to-do list with all the nitty gritty things, which are giving me the flusters! I cannot have things incomplete, I like to plan ahead and be prepared about what coming.. And I still can’t decide how I want my well wishes from guests to be displayed. geez! Sucha a simple thing but I have 1001 ideas which I cannot decide! I can’t decide which is more practical, more prettier, save us more money ! arghh

I just hope all things turn out well and I will not turn ~~bridezilla!~~
